Mini Pulper With Horizontal Washer

is designed to cater to the need of small coffee growers who can process ripe cheery fruit

It consists of small disc pulper to give excellent yields, no cuts or nips and uses hardly any water. And a small washer to remove the mucilage from the parchment coffee to leave the coffee squeaky clean, ready for soaking or straight to drying yard

Coffee Wet Pulping Plant consists of the following equipment :
Rotary Cherry Feeder to intake fruit from the fruit tank, a device to destone the fruit and to evenly sperad the fruits. This feeding system is not dependent on water and hence less water is needed in the pulping process 

Rotary Sieve or Aagaard Pregrader consisting of a wet sieving surface and a paddle elevator, ensures the separation of wet parchment into heavies, seconds and lights. The heavies are discharged into a separation chamber for paddle elevation to fermentation tanks while the seconds and lights are led to the Repasser Pulper. The Pregrader produces a first grade of well pulped and uniform size parchment completely free from skins thereby making the final washing much easier. A Repasser Disc Pulper with either one or two disc type is used for pulping of seconds parchment and light fruit from the Pregrader.

Disc Pulpers are used in wet processing plants to pulp ripe coffee fruit to parchment. The coffee is fed from fruit tanks and the wet parchment is discharged into fermentation tanks. The water is recovered and recirculated

 

Disc Pulpers can be used for Arabica and Robusta varieties. They are made with one, two, three and four discs according to the capacities required. The single disc pulper can be manually operated with a short leg option. The disc pulpers can be configured with Righd Chop or Flexible Chop option. The pulping operation takes place between the rubbing action of the bulbs on the disc and the lateral pulping bars called chop rails. The gap between the surface of the bulb and the chop rail can be adjusted to allow for any clearance that may by required according to the variety and size of coffee fruit procesed. The hopper is fitted with a feed machanism which ensures even feeding of the furit to the disc surface.

Eco Pulper (Disc Type) for Coffee.

McKinnon Eco Pulpers (Disc Type) are used in wet processing plants to pulp ripe coffee cherry to parchment. The ripe coffee cherry is fed from fruit tanks through cherry feeder and stone catcher arrangement and wet parchment is discharged in to fermentation tanks. The water is recovered and recirculated.

McKinnon Eco Pulpers can be used for Arabica and Robusta varieties. They are made with one, two, three and four discs according to the capacities required. The Eco Pulper can be configured with rigid or flexible chop rail option. The pulping operation takes place due to the rubbing actions between bulbs on the disc and the Chop rails. The gap between surface of the bulb and the chop rail can be adjusted to allow for any clearance that may be required according to the variety and size of ripe coffee cherry processed. The hopper is fitted with a feeding mechanism which ensures uniform feeding of the ripe coffee cherry to the disc surface.

McKinnon Eco Pulpers require minimum amount of water for pulping and the water can be recirculated for reuse after filtering of skins. Screw Conveyor is provided to transport skin from pulper to skin yard. Two pumps are also provided to recirculate the transport water to syphon tank and pulped water to disc. McKinnon Eco Pulper can be run with electric motor or diesel engines and have a capacity of 1000 kgs of ripe coffee cherry intake per hour per disc.

McKinnon Eco Pulper can be used in conjunction with Aagaardpregraders, Rotary sieves and shaking sieves.

Product Details:

Coffee Vertical Washer is used for the removal of the sticky mucilage from the parchment covers. Cuts and nips will not be observed. The equipment can be used either after fermenting (or) direct from pulper

Operation : Wet parchment fed into the inlet hopper flows tangentially to the screw conveyor. Thereafter, through a spiral motion between finger like projections, the mucilage on the parchment covers is removed

Green Cherry Separator.

The McKinnon “Green Cherry Separator” machine has been designed to Segregate Green cherry from Ripe cherry fruits at in-put.
Principle of Operation: Coffee fruit enters into the central conveyor which will move the coffee fruit left side and right side simultaneously. Meanwhile ripe fruit will escape through the surrounding sieve due to squeezing property and falls down to the collection tray which leads the fruit to the pulper. Green Cherry will be collected at a separate outlet.

Product Details:

Mucilage Removal Machine can be used for the mechanical removal of mucilage from the parchment which passes out directly from pulper or after fermentation. The mucilage is rubbed off as the parchment coffee travels through the special design of the cylinder and is expelled out through a perforated steel cylindrical casing. This casing is split into two halve which can be hinged up or down for regular cleaning

The machine contains the reception hopper with water dringing arrangement, heavy duty cast iron cylinder, cast iron support leges, removable sheet metal cover, out-let control with weight adjusting levers and water piping.
